Dr. Andrej Umansky advises, defends and represents as an Specialist lawyer for criminal law and Senior Associate of the law firm individuals and companies in criminal law and administrative offences, in particular in the areas of criminal law relating to economic offences.

His practice focuses primarily on proceedings relating to breach of trust and the area of labour criminal law, in particular withholding of social security contributions as well as allegations in connection with the employee leasing. Another main focus of his practice lies in extradition proceedings and cases with international implications.
