GAZEAS NEPOMUCK has been awarded this year’s prestigious JUVE Award as Law Firm of the Year White Collar Crime and Tax Criminal Law 2023<\/strong> by the renowned German publisher JUVE. The annual JUVE Awards are considered the most important distinction within the law firm industry. The best commercial law firms in Germany are honoured for their client work and market positioning.<\/p>\n

The laudation on our firm says: “The diversity of these mandates speaks for the law firm’s remarkable acceptance<\/strong> in the market and among clients: seemingly effortlessly, it manages to bring even politically heated proceedings to a successful conclusion without burning its fingers”. In this context, the “entire range of legal advice<\/strong>” provided by our law firm is highlighted. “It ranges from prevention and ombudsman work to the defence and recovery of funds”. This picture is “completed […] by prominent defences<\/strong>, such as that of an ex-CEO of Adler Real Estate, and political involvement, such as constitutional law work for German Liberal Party (FDP) representatives.” Name partner Dr Nikolaos Gazeas is “still described as a eminent authority<\/strong>” in the field of extradition law.<\/p>\n

According to the JUVE Handbook of Commercial Law Firms 2023\/2024, our firm is “firmly established in individual representation in White Collar Crime<\/strong>.” It goes on: “There has also been a significant increase in their involvement<\/strong> on the side of companies<\/strong>, whether as injured parties or in defence of companies.
