Dr. Umansky gives speech at the Federal Ministry of Justice

As part of the expert discussion “Strafprozessuale Fragen im Zusammenhang mit dem Völkerstrafrecht” (Criminal procedural issues in connection with international criminal law), Dr. Andrej Umansky will give a speech at the invitation of the Federal Ministry of Justice on 2 November 2022 at the Ministry on problems of victim participation in proceedings under international criminal law before German courts.

Among others, representatives of the Federal Supreme Court, the Higher Regional Courts and the Federal Prosecutor will take part in the expert discussion. On the previous day, a ceremony will take place at the Federal Ministry of Justice to mark the 20th anniversary of the German International Criminal Code (VStGB).
