Dr. Gazeas becomes co-editor of the standard work on International Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters Grützner/Pötz/Kreß/Gazeas

Dr. Gazeas is co-editor of “Grützner/Pötz/Kreß/Gazeas”, Internationaler Rechtshilfeverkehr in Strafsachen. The standard work, comprising more than 10,000 pages, which he published together with Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Dr. h.c. Claus Kress, contains and comments on all provisions relevant to the legal relations of the Federal Republic of Germany with foreign countries in criminal matters. The work on legal assistance law turned 60 last year.
