Epidemic Law NRW – Statement by former Federal Minister Gerhart R. Baum, Dr. Nikolaos Gazeas and Max Schulze in the Legislative Process in the State Parliament NRW

During the legislative process, Dr. Nikolaos Gazeas, together with the former Federal Minister of the Interior Gerhart R. Baum and Max Schulze, expressed criticism of the planned Epidemic Law in NRW from a constitutional and civil law perspective in a joint statement and submitted proposals for amendments. A hearing on the draft legislation will take place in the NRW State Parliament on 6 April 2020.
