Handbook on Security and State Protection Law published by C.H. Beck
The first edition of the Handbook on Security and State Protection Law, co-edited by Dr. Nikolaos Gazeas, was published by C.H. Beck.
The 1,915-page work is edited by Dr. Gazeas and the other renowned editors Prof. Dr. Jan-Hendrik Dietrich, Dr. Matthias Fahrner and Prof. Dr. von Heintschell-Heinegg. The more than 50 authors come from all areas of security law, especially from the security authorities, and largely reflect the “who’s who” of security law.
In addition to his editorship, Dr. Gazeas contributed the article on “Special features of international mutual legal assistance in criminal proceedings involving state protection” to the handbook.
GAZEAS NEPOMUCK is one of the few law firms with special additional expertise in security law (intelligence law, etc.). It therefore regularly acts in proceedings with political implications, regularly also in the area between criminal law and security law.
