Malte Thurm is an associate at GAZEAS NEPOMUCK. He advises and defends individuals and companies in all areas of commercial criminal law, regulatory offences law and medical criminal law.

Mr. Thurm’s main areas of focus include proceedings involving allegations of embezzlement and fraud, proceedings in the field of medical criminal law, and the criminal investigation of occupational accidents. He has particular expertise in the field of asset forfeiture, and provides preventive advice to companies and institutions.
