Dr. Nepomuck certified as data protection officer

Dr. Nepomuck has obtained the certificate Data Protection Officer (TÜV ®). It documents his expertise in the fields of data protection law, data protection management and organization as well as information security. With the entry into force of the GDPR, data protection law had gained enormously in importance, especially due to the high threat of fines. Also and in particular the consultation in the area of compliance and internal investigations can no longer do without data protection legal know-how. The extension of the firm’s core criminal law expertise to data protection law is therefore a logical step.
