Dr. Gazeas gives lecture at the Federal Ministry of Justice as part of the 9th EU evaluation round
As part of the 9th evaluation round on criminal law cooperation within the European Union, Dr. Gazeas will give a lecture on the case law of the German Higher Regional Courts on the European Arrest Warrant at the Ministry on 5th November 2019, following an invitation of the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection to the team of experts from the EU Commission, who are coming to Germany for an on-site visit.
Criminal law cooperation in the EU is evaluated in regular evaluation rounds. In the current 9th evaluation round, an on-site visit by the evaluation team will take place in Berlin and Wiesbaden from 4th to 8th November 2019.
